In vivo grade recombinant natural and engineered mouse IgG2c Fc proteins (mIgG2c Fc), and recombinant mouse IgG2c isotype control antibody and mutants are available. Biotinylated mIgG2c Fc, and mIgG2c Fc with Avi-, His-, and Flag-tags are also available. The recombinant mouse IgG2c Fc protein and mutants can be used as the isotype control of the mIgG2c antibodies and the mIgG2c Fc fusion proteins in various in vitro and in vivo experiments.
The in vivo grade recombinant mouse IgG2c Fc protein (mIgG2c Fc, Glu 98 – Lys 335 of the constant region of the IgG2c heavy chain, Accession # F6TQW2) was produced in mammalian cells and purified by protein G. The mIgG2c Fc protein includes the CH2 (126-225) and CH3 (234-330) domains of the heavy chain constant region as well as the hinge region (98-125) before the CH2 domain.
