Biotinylated recombinant anti-human CD3e monoclonal antibody (Clone 12F6), engineered with a Human IgG1 Fc-silent domain to minimize non-specific background binding to Fc receptors during cell analysis. Features site-directed biotinylation via a C-terminal Avi tag on the heavy chain, with variable regions derived from anti-human CD3e clone (12F6) and expressed in mammalian cells.

PA007753.h1Fs-b: Biotinylated Recombinant Anti-human CD3e Monoclonal Antibody (Clone: 12F6), Human IgG1 Fc Silent Kappa

Recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody with site-directed biotinylation through the Avi tag at the C-terminus of the antibody heavy chain.

The 12F6 antibody competes with the OKT3 antibody for binding to human T cells, and has more effective T-cell suppression and activation properties than OKT3. The 12F6 antibody is used to study T-cell functions and to manipulate T-cell activation and suppression, prevent acute allograft rejection, and treat autoimmune diabetes.
