“The B9E9 scFvSA fusion protein, containing the single-chain variable region of the murine IgG2a anti-CD20 antibody B9E9 fused to streptavidin, was used to deliver HLA-A2/class I peptide complexes to HLA class I-negative Daudi cells. PBMCs were incubated with B9E9 scFvSA (10 μg/ml) for 1 hour, and flow cytometry with antibodies like anti-MHC class I (W6/32), anti-CD19, anti-CD80, and anti-CD86 confirmed binding and CTL induction.”

“The B9E9 scFvSA fusion protein, derived from the CD20-specific murine IgG2a monoclonal antibody B9E9, was genetically engineered for pretargeted radioimmunotherapy. The V H and V L DNA fragments were amplified from B9E9 hybridoma cells, and the resulting scFvSA fusion protein showed nanomolar affinity to CD20-positive Ramos cells, comparable to the original B9E9 monoclonal antibody, as confirmed by in vitro and in vivo characterization.”
