The in vivo grade recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody (clone: OKT4A) specifically binds to human and non-human primate CD4.

Background

The recombinant OKT4A antibody binds to the human CD4 protein (cluster of differentiation 4), a glycoprotein and the co-receptor for the T-cell receptor (TCR). The CD4 protein is expressed on the surface of immune cells such as helper T cells, monocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells.
