A chimeric human IgG2 isotype control consists of murine variable regions and human IgG2 constant regions. The recombinant chimeric human IgG2 isotype control (chimeric hIgG2 kappa isotype control antibody) is produced in mammalian cells (CHO cells) like our other recombinant human IgG isotype control and mutant antibodies. The ideal recombinant chimeric human IgG2 isotype control has low or no specific binding to any human sample.

The in vivo grade recombinant chimeric human IgG2 kappa isotype control antibody (chimeric hIgG2 isotype control) was produced in CHO cells.
