Biotinylated recombinant anti-human CD34 monoclonal antibody (Clone My10), engineered with a Human IgG1 Fc-silent domain to minimize non-specific background binding to Fc receptors during cell analysis. Features site-directed biotinylation via a C-terminal Avi tag on the heavy chain, with variable regions derived from anti-human CD34 clone (My10) and expressed in mammalian cells.

  • Conjugation & Purity: Biotinylated (Site-directed via C-terminal Avi-tag), > 95% by SDS-PAGE
  • Applications: Flow Cytometry (FC) via Streptavidin Conjugates, Cell Isolation, Hematopoietic Stem/Progenitor Cell Gating
  • Alternative Formats: Unconjugated human IgG1 Fc-silent, mouse IgG1, and other recombinant versions of clone My10 are also available at Syd Labs and Ushelf.
