Recombinant rat anti-mouse CD3e monoclonal antibody (Clone KT3), engineered with a Rat IgG2b Fc domain for in vivo T cell activation, T cell depletion, and functional assays. Variable regions are derived from the classic rat anti-mouse CD3 clone KT3 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells. For human T cell research, Syd Labs OKT3 antibodies are also available.
