Recombinant anti-mouse IFN-gamma monoclonal antibody (Clone R4-6A2, Biotinylated), engineered with a Human IgG1 Fc-Silent domain to minimize non-specific Fc receptor binding during intracellular cytokine staining and cell surface analysis. Variable regions are derived from the classic rat anti-mouse IFN-gamma clone R4-6A2 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells.
