Recombinant anti-mouse IFN-gamma monoclonal antibody (Clone R4-6A2), engineered with a Human IgG1 Fc-Silent domain to eliminate ADCC/CDC and minimize non-specific Fc receptor binding during in vivo neutralization and in vitro assays. Variable regions are derived from the classic rat anti-mouse IFN-gamma clone R4-6A2 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells.
