Recombinant anti-mouse MHC Class I (H-2) monoclonal antibody (Clone M1/42.3.9.8.HLK), engineered with a Human IgG1 Fc-Silent domain to eliminate ADCC/CDC and minimize non-specific Fc receptor binding during in vivo and in vitro studies. Variable regions are derived from the classic rat anti-mouse MHC Class I (H-2) clone M1/42.3.9.8.HLK and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells.
