Recombinant anti-mouse CD62L / L-Selectin monoclonal antibody (Clone MEL-14), engineered with a Human IgG1 Fc-Silent domain to eliminate ADCC/CDC and minimize non-specific Fc receptor binding during in vivo blocking studies and lymphocyte homing assays. Variable regions are derived from the classic rat anti-mouse CD62L clone MEL-14 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells.
