Recombinant anti-mouse CD62L / L-Selectin monoclonal antibody (Clone MEL-14, Biotinylated), engineered with a Human IgG1 Fc-Silent domain to minimize non-specific Fc receptor binding during flow cytometry and lymphocyte tracking analysis. Variable regions are derived from the classic rat anti-mouse CD62L clone MEL-14 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells.
