Recombinant rat anti-mouse CD62L / L-Selectin monoclonal antibody (Clone MEL-14), engineered with a Rat IgG2a Fc domain for lymphocyte homing, leukocyte trafficking, and in vivo receptor blocking studies. Variable regions are derived from the classic rat anti-mouse CD62L clone MEL-14 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells.
