“The B9E9 scFvSA fusion protein, containing the single-chain variable region of the murine IgG2a anti-CD20 antibody B9E9 fused to streptavidin, was used to deliver HLA-A2/class I peptide complexes to HLA class I-negative Daudi cells. PBMCs were incubated with B9E9 scFvSA (10 μg/ml) for 1 hour, and flow cytometry with antibodies like anti-MHC class I (W6/32), anti-CD19, anti-CD80, and anti-CD86 confirmed binding and CTL induction.”

“The B9E9 scFvSA fusion protein, derived from the CD20-specific murine IgG2a monoclonal antibody B9E9, was genetically engineered for pretargeted radioimmunotherapy. The VH and VL DNA fragments were amplified from B9E9 hybridoma cells, and the resulting scFvSA fusion protein showed nanomolar affinity to CD20-positive Ramos cells, comparable to the original B9E9 monoclonal antibody, as confirmed by in vitro and in vivo characterization.”
