Recombinant mouse anti-mouse TCR Vγ2 monoclonal antibody (Clone UC3-10A6), engineered with a Mouse IgG2a Fc domain for target binding and depletion in cell surface analysis and functional studies. Variable regions are derived from the classic Syrian hamster anti-mouse TCR Vγ2 clone UC3-10A6 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells.
