Recombinant anti-mouse TCR Vγ2 monoclonal antibody (Clone UC3-10A6), engineered with a Human IgG1 Fc-Silent domain to eliminate ADCC/CDC and minimize non-specific Fc receptor binding during in vivo and in vitro studies. Variable regions are derived from the classic Syrian hamster anti-mouse TCR Vγ2 clone UC3-10A6 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells.
