Recombinant anti-mouse IL-4 monoclonal antibody (Clone 11B11), engineered with a Human IgG1 Fc-Silent domain to eliminate ADCC/CDC and minimize non-specific Fc receptor binding during in vivo neutralization and in vitro assays. Variable regions are derived from the classic rat anti-mouse IL-4 clone 11B11 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells.
