Recombinant rat anti-mouse IL-4 monoclonal antibody (Clone 11B11), engineered with a Rat IgG1 Fc domain for interleukin-4 neutralization and cytokine profiling studies. Variable regions are derived from the classic rat anti-mouse IL-4 clone 11B11 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells.
