Recombinant anti-mouse IL-4 monoclonal antibody (Clone 11B11, Biotinylated), engineered with a Human IgG1 Fc-Silent domain to minimize non-specific Fc receptor binding during cell surface and intracellular staining assays. Variable regions are derived from the classic rat anti-mouse IL-4 clone 11B11 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells.
