Recombinant anti-mouse CD91 / LRP1 monoclonal antibody (Clone 11H4), engineered with a Human IgG1 Fc-Silent domain to eliminate ADCC/CDC and minimize non-specific Fc receptor binding during in vivo blocking and endocytosis studies. Variable regions are derived from the classic anti-mouse CD91 clone 11H4 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells.
