Recombinant anti-mouse CD4 monoclonal antibody (Clone GK1.5), engineered with a Human IgG1 Fc-Silent domain to eliminate ADCC/CDC and minimize non-specific Fc receptor binding during in vivo blocking studies and T cell subset research. Variable regions are derived from the classic rat anti-mouse CD4 clone GK1.5 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells.
