Background Information:

INCB018424 (Ruxolitinib) is a potent, selective and orally
bioavailable inhibitor of JAK1 (Ki 2.7 nM) and JAK2 (Ki 4.5 nM). Inhibit
JAK3 at Ki 343 nM. Over 100 fold selectivity against a broad panel of
other kinases.
