GS-9901

Background Information:

GS-9901 is an orally active, potent and isoform-selective inhibitor
of PI3Kδ (PI3Kδ IC50 = 1.0 nM, HWB δ EC50 = 1.5 nM; CLpr hHep = 0.05
L/h/kg.), and a potential immunomodulating agent. It is highly selective
against other isoforms: p110α (750 nM), p110β (100 nM) and P110γ (190
nM) (ref. 1). It is currently in clinical development for the treatment
of hematological malignancies.
