Biotinylated Anti-human CD28 Antibody (CD28.2, Human IgG1 Fc Silent Kappa)
$80.00 – $160.00
Biotinylated recombinant anti-human CD28 monoclonal antibody (Clone CD28.2), engineered with a Human IgG1 Fc-silent domain to eliminate non-specific Fc receptor binding during flow cytometric analysis. Features site-directed biotinylation via a C-terminal Avi tag on the heavy chain, with variable regions derived from anti-human CD28 clone (CD28.2) and expressed in mammalian cells.
- Conjugation & Purity: Biotinylated (Site-directed via C-terminal Avi-tag), > 95% by SDS-PAGE
- Applications: Flow Cytometry (FC) via Streptavidin Conjugates, Cell Surface Staining, T Cell Co-stimulation Studies
- Alternative Formats: Unconjugated human IgG1 Fc-silent, mouse IgG1, and other recombinant versions of clone CD28.2 as well as 15E8, 9.3, CD28.3, 37.51, and PV-1 clones are also available at Syd Labs and Ushelf.
