Recombinant anti-mouse NK1.1 monoclonal antibody (Clone PK136), engineered with a Human IgG1 Fc-Silent domain to eliminate ADCC/CDC and minimize non-specific Fc receptor binding during in vivo blocking and functional studies. Variable regions are derived from the classic mouse anti-mouse NK1.1 clone PK136 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells.
