Recombinant rat anti-mouse MAdCAM-1 monoclonal antibody (Clone MECA-367), engineered with a Rat IgG2a Fc domain for target binding, lymphocyte homing inhibition, and endothelial cell detection studies. Variable regions are derived from the classic rat anti-mouse MAdCAM-1 clone MECA-367 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells.
