Recombinant anti-mouse MAdCAM-1 monoclonal antibody (Clone MECA-367), engineered with a Human IgG1 Fc-Silent domain to eliminate ADCC/CDC and minimize non-specific Fc receptor binding during in vivo and in vitro studies. Variable regions are derived from the classic rat anti-mouse MAdCAM-1 clone MECA-367 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells.
