CO-1686 is an orally bioavailable, irreversible EGFR inhibitor, selectively targeting EGFRL858R/T790M mutant with a Ki value of 21 nM over Wt EGFR (Ki = 303 nM), currently in clinical evaluation for NSCLC treatment.
