Recombinant mouse anti-mouse TIGIT monoclonal antibody (Clone 10A7, Biotinylated), engineered with a Human IgG1 Fc-Silent domain to minimize non-specific Fc receptor binding during flow cytometry and immune checkpoint analysis. Variable regions are derived from the classic mouse anti-TIGIT clone 10A7 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells. For human T cell research, Syd Labs OKT3 antibodies are also available.

Recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody with site-directed biotinylation through the Avi tag at the C-terminus of the antibody heavy chain.

The 10A7 antibody binds to the TIGIT protein (WUCAM, Vstm3 or VSIG9), a novel immune checkpoint receptor with inhibitory function. TIGIT is expressed on T cells and natural killer (NK) cells, and several human cancers, including melanoma, NSCLC, and colorectal cancer. Similar to PD-1, the TIGIT receptor limits antitumor immune response in cancer.
