Recombinant anti-mouse CD80 / B7-1 monoclonal antibody (Clone 16-10A1, Biotinylated), engineered with a Human IgG1 Fc-Silent domain to minimize non-specific Fc receptor binding during flow cytometry and cell surface analysis. Variable regions are derived from the classic Armenian hamster anti-mouse CD80 clone 16-10A1 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells.
