Recombinant anti-mouse CD80 / B7-1 monoclonal antibody (Clone 16-10A1), engineered with a Human IgG1 Fc-Silent domain to eliminate ADCC/CDC and minimize non-specific Fc receptor binding during in vivo blocking studies and functional assays. Variable regions are derived from the classic Armenian hamster anti-mouse CD80 clone 16-10A1 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells.
