Recombinant anti-mouse Mac-2 / Galectin-3 monoclonal antibody (Clone M3/38.1.2.8HL.2), engineered with a Human IgG1 Fc-Silent domain to eliminate ADCC/CDC and minimize non-specific Fc receptor binding during in vivo and in vitro studies. Variable regions are derived from the classic rat anti-mouse Mac-2 clone M3/38.1.2.8HL.2 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells.
