Recombinant anti-mouse CD90.2 / Thy1.2 monoclonal antibody (Clone 30-H12), engineered with a Human IgG1 Fc-Silent domain to eliminate ADCC/CDC and minimize non-specific Fc receptor binding during in vivo T cell targeting and functional blocking studies. Variable regions are derived from the classic rat anti-mouse CD90.2 clone 30-H12 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells.
