Recombinant anti-mouse CD18 monoclonal antibody (Clone M18/2.a.12.7), engineered with a Human IgG1 Fc-Silent domain to eliminate ADCC/CDC and minimize non-specific Fc receptor binding during in vivo cell adhesion, leukocyte recruitment, and functional blocking studies. Variable regions are derived from the classic rat anti-mouse CD18 clone M18/2.a.12.7 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells.
