Recombinant rat anti-mouse CD11a / LFA-1 alpha monoclonal antibody (Clone M17/4), engineered with a Rat IgG2a Fc domain for in vivo cell adhesion, leukocyte recruitment, and functional blocking studies. Variable regions are derived from the classic rat anti-mouse CD11a clone M17/4 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells.
