AG-120 (IVOSIDENIB)

AG-120 (Ivosidenib) is a first-in-class, orally bioavailable, selective and potent inhibitor of mutant isocitrate dehydrogenase-1 (IDH1). Optically (enantiomerically and diastereomerically) Pure AG-120 specifically inhibits a mutated form of IDH1 in the cytoplasm, blocking the formation of oncometabolite, 2-hydroxyglutarate (2HG), a substance believed to fuel cancer growth. AG-120 is currently in clinical evaluation.
