VAHTS Target Capture Universal Blockers and Post-PCR Primer Mix for Illumina-TS contains Universal Blockers for IlluminA-TS Illumina-TS and Post-PCR Primer Mix for Illumina-TS two fractions. Among them, Universal Blockers for IlluminA-TS is a generic adaptor blocking sequence directed at Illumina common DNA libraries. This universal Blockers is suitable for DNA libraries labeled with single or double ends of 6-8 bp Barcode. It can effectively reduce the series structure formed between different library molecules due to the annealing between joints during hybridization, so as to reduce the non-specific hybridization and improve the medium target rate of hybridization capture reaction. Post-PCR Primer Mix for IlluminA-TS is a universal amplification primer directed to Illumina’s TruSeq DNA library.
