Polymeric reverse phase chromatography (RPC) resins are important alternatives to silica-based RPC media. They have advantages in alkali resistance, long life and avoiding the peak-tailing of basic compounds. UniPS 30-300 is a widely used polystyrene-divinylbenzene RPC resin for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries and has been well adopted in oligonucleotide RPC purification process. It has excellent chemical and pH stability, high performance as well as affordable prices.
