04044-015100: NanoQ-15L
Nano series IEX resins are designed for the application of high resolution polishing chromatography. They are made from monodisperse PS-DVB matrix of smaller particle sizes (10µm, 15µm and 30µm) . The surface of the matrix is bonded with a hydrophilic layer, which minimizes the non-specific adsorption of biomolecules by the matrix. Nano series IEX resins have demonstrated superior resolution performance, and they are mainly used for high resolution polishing.
NanoQ-15L is widely applied in oligonucleotide AEX chromatography purification for insulin and peptide purification with high resolution, highly rigid matrix enabling high flow rate operation and very high chemical and physical stability.
