Description
Using both the method of Liquid Phase Peptide Synthesis (LPPS) and the method of Solid Phase Peptide Synthesis (SPPS), Syd Labs provides custom peptide synthesis, synthesizing small to large scale, simple to complex, linear or cyclized peptides with various length up to 200 amino acids, and different purity levels, such as crude, desalted, >75%, >85%, >90%, >95%, >98%, and even above 99%. Syd Labs synthesizes standard and custom peptide libraries. Syd Labs also does various peptide modification, including N-terminal, C-terminal, or internal modification, Fluorescent or dye labeling, and modification with special amino acid, such as phosphorylated.
N-terminus modifications: acetylation, HYNIC, DTPA, formylation, fatty acid, myristic acid, palmytolyl, benzyloxycarbonylation (CBZ), succinylation (Suc).
C-terminus modifications: amidation, p-Nitroanilide(pNA), AMC.

Cyclic peptide: Disulfide bridge 1st, Disulfide bridge 2nd, Disulfide bridge 3rd, amide cyclic (Side chain, end).
Fluorescence/dye labeling: Biotin (N-Terminal, Y/N Ahx), Biotin (Lys in sequence), Biotin (without Lys in sequence), FITC/5-FAM (N-Terminal, Y/N Ahx), Dansyl (N-Terminal, Y/N Ahx), MCA (N-Terminal), p-Nitroanilide (pNA, C-Terminal), AMC (C-Terminal).
Quenched fluorescent peptide: Abz / Tyr (3-NO2), EDANS/DABCYL.
Multiple Antigenic Peptide (MAP) system: asymmetric 4 branches, symmetric 4 branches, asymmetric 8 branches, symmetric 8 branches.
Protein carrier conjugation: Keyhole Limpet Hemocyanin (KLH), Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA).
