Description
Background Information:
TORIN 2 is an orally available, potent and selective ATP-competitive
inhibitor of mTOR (Mammalian Target of Rapamycin) kinase with an IC50 of
0.25 nM, a 800 fold selectivity over PI3K (IC50 = 200 nM) (ref. 1).
