MB085: RNA Recovery and Concentration Reagent
Background
The aqueous and nontoxic RNA Stabilization Reagent can be used to stabilize and protect RNA under non-frozen condition by rapidly infiltrating into fresh tissues but not affecting RNA yield and integrality. Therefore, RNA Stabilization Reagent eliminates inconvenience to freeze samples in liquid nitrogen. Once fresh tissues are immerged into RNA Stabilization Reagent, RNA can be stored for up to a day at 37°C, a week at 25°C, a month at 4°C, and a long term at -20°C or -80°C. RNA virus such as HCV and HIV is stable in RNA Stabilization Reagent up to a month at 37°C.
