Description
You provide:
a. Templates (plasmid, cDNA, genomic DNA, phage or cosmid DNA, tissue, cells, RNA or cDNA from tissue or cells) containing the target DNA fragments to be amplified by PCR;
b. Plasmid vectors into which the PCR products need to be inserted; or Escherichia coli strains containing the plasmid vectors;
c. Host Escherichia coli strains if we can not provide.
Deliverable:
a. Plasmids with the mutated DNA fragments;
b. Escherichia coli strains containing the plasmids with the mutated DNA fragments;
c. A report about the mutagenesis process.
