Nano series IEX resins are designed for the application of high resolution polishing chromatography. They are made from monodisperse PS-DVB matrix of smaller particle sizes (10µm, 15µm and 30µm) . The surface of the matrix is bonded with a hydrophilic layer, which minimizes the non-specific adsorption of biomolecules by the matrix. Nano series IEX resins have demonstrated superior resolution performance, and they are mainly used for high resolution polishing.
