Background Information:

EMD1214063 (Tepotinib) is an orally bioavailable, potent and
selective inhibitor of c-Met, inhibiting the enzyme with an IC50 value
of 3 nM, highly selective (≥ 1000-fold) over a panel of 242 other
kinases; inhibits c-Met phosphorylation and downstream signaling targets
in various cancer cell lines with IC50s of 6-9 nM; demonstrates in vivo
antitumor efficacy in mouse xenograft models (ref 1).
