Description
Background Information:
AZD8055 is a potent, orally bioavailable and ATP-competitive mTORC1/C2 inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.8 nM, highly selective ( ~1000 fold) over all class I PI3K isoforms and other PI3K-like kinase family, and there is no significant activity against a panel of other 260 kinases at a concentration up to 10,000 nM.
