Description
Background Information:
AZD1152-HQPA is a cell-permeable, potent, and highly selective Aurora Kinase B inhibitor (>1000 fold selectivity over Aurora A) with Ki at low nM. It is rapidly produced in vivo by dephosphorylation from its precursor AZD1152 (Barasertib)(Our Prod No CT-A1152).
