Recombinant anti-mouse integrin beta 7 monoclonal antibody (Clone FIB21), engineered with a Human IgG1 Fc-Silent domain to eliminate ADCC/CDC and minimize non-specific Fc receptor binding during in vivo leukocyte trafficking and gut homing studies. Variable regions are derived from the anti-mouse integrin beta 7 clone FIB21 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells.
