Recombinant anti-mouse CD11b monoclonal antibody (Clone M1/70), engineered with a Human IgG1 Fc-Silent domain to eliminate ADCC/CDC and minimize non-specific Fc receptor binding during in vivo adhesion, leukocyte recruitment, and functional blocking studies. Variable regions are derived from the classic rat anti-mouse CD11b clone M1/70 and recombinantly expressed in mammalian cells.
