Product Introduction
VAHTS Concanavalin A-coated Magnetic Beads Pro (ConA Beads Pro) is the magnetic bead obtained by covalently bonding superparamagnetic polystyrene microspheres (particle size: 1.0 μm) and high-purity concanavalin A (ConA, Type IV). Based on the principle that ConA can selectively bind to α-mannosyl and α-glucose residues on various glycoproteins, glycolipids and sugar molecules, ConA Beads Pro can bind to glycoproteins on the cell membrane/nuclear membrane. Thereby capturing cells/nuclei and enabling visualization of processing operations. ConA Beads Pro has uniform particle size, regular shape, good stability, and is not easy to stick to the wall. It is suitable for applications such as CUT&Tag and CUT&RUN.
